The Ellsworth Neighborhood Investment Group (4IF) is proud to announce the development of Ellsworth Estates. Ellsworth Estates is a new neighborhood community on 18 acres near downtown Iowa Falls. Ellsworth Estates embraces the existing rich architectural character of a century old neighborhood and a wooded, lime-stone bluff while protecting and linking adjacent natural resources.
- The acres surrounding the new Ellsworth Condominium contain a scenic wooded landscape ideal for single family living. This area contain 8-12 lots ideal for custom design and building.
- Two-story (2 bedroom, 2 bath) mansion-style townhomes with an attached garage will compliment neighborhood.
- A special addition, new to Iowa Falls, is 12 - two story, Row-house style homes featuring 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a rear "alley" loading garage.
